Captain Zeppos has unique rooms for rent for you: Drinks-Reception-Lunch-Dinner (also in buffet form) - Wedding

Lunch and dinner according to buffet formula: min. 25 pers.

Room "LA FOLIE"
(maximum capacity 90 people)

END TIME: Sunday to Thursday 23:00

                  Friday and Saturday: midnight

Due to noise pollution, it is not possible to have a DJ play in La Folie. (background music only) However, a DJ can play in Claires Ballroom

ROOM RENTAL LA FOLIE : € 125 per hour excl. 21% VAT (min. 2 hours)

Rent includes staff, construction and cleaning. 

Room "CLAIRES BALLROOM"
(maximum capacity 120 people)

End time : Thursday to Sunday 1 am (after midnight music off)

             Friday and Saturday: 1 am 

ROOM RENT CLAIRES BALLROOM:  € 150 per hour excl. 21% VAT

(min.2 hours)

For a whole evening, the rent is: € 550, - excl 21% VAT

The rent includes staff, construction and cleaning.

DJ no problem, only have to run our sound system. So don't bring your own sound system. There is no DJ table. DJ table can be connected to the existing installation

For PRESENTATIONS

in both rooms:

* piano (both rooms): included 

* CD player, sound system: included              

Extra usage price:

* beamer (VGA connection and HDMI connection) and projection screen € 40. Apple needs its own adapter cable

There is no laptop available! (apple needs its own adapter)

It is important to test your presentation with us in advance with us. Handy to make an appointment.

LIVE MUSIC only in Claires Ballroom

semi-accousitic until 23.00 at the latest

Extra usage price for:

* sound system with 1 microphone € 45

* sound system for live music € 150, -

The user provides an experienced sound engineer.

All equipment must be built and dismantled by the user.

Live music should be clearly agreed with Zeppos in advance . We cannot allow live music that has not been discussed with us on the evening itself!

Reinforced bands, wind bands, carnival orchestras, big bands and drum bands are not allowed!
